Chrystal was not the graceful type, always causing something to fall or tripping over her own feet, or frankly just bumping into walls. She was also a colossal nerd for comics and anything Marvel related, some days she'd dip into the DC Universe for a minute just to see what the weather was like.

That's also how she met Ryan, he was a clerk there and would clean up the items, always telling her it was fine and that she didn't need to help, but Chrystal's a stubborn girl and so he just lets her. He asked her out and she said yes, somehow she managed to tip over two more displays in the process.

Hard to believe she's the daughter of a major crime boss and was trained as a little girl by his best street fighters
