In a world where thoughts are manifested into a spiritual form,and creatures and beings big and small coexist in peace, there are bound to be problems with Mentalities run amok and emotions high, there is one unit that deals with these; Unit 21.

On a particular case a young boy's Mentality has manifested itself into a physical form, something thought impossible until now. Not knowing what this means the head of the agency for which the unit is derived from orders them to keep a close eye on both the boy and his Mentality.

Ordered to watch the mute boy, Corinth finds himself befriending the boy, and along the way uncovering secrets that could shatter his world as he knows it.
